Natalie was able to interpret what we wanted into the design and her help to source the perfect fittings was invaluable. Martin encountered a few problems along the way but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently even when one problem occurred late at night. The after sales service we have received has been second to none. We were so pleased with the final results that we commissioned further work and now have a lovely, modern downstairs cloakroom too."

"We couldn't be happier with our new open plan kitchen/dining room. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted it to look, but didn't quite get there with other companies in terms of design.
Martin and Natalie spent a long time on the design with us with some great ideas to solve problems such as the boiler position, awkward corners (recommended the tambour unit Martin installed for something a bit different) and the 'where do I put a radiator' problem solved by a corner upright radiator, again an unusual touch. We had doors moved, a wall removed, new wooden flooring throughout downstairs (which was stained beautifully by Martin) as well as our lovely new kitchen.
The team were working in our house for about 6 weeks and it is also important that you are comfortable with them in the house, which we were, and everything was left clean - they even cleaned our decking outside for us!
The kitchen is a massive wow for us and we really enjoy the space it has given us and how well it works for us as a family and socially. We haven't had any real snagging issues, but Martin was more than happy to come back and show us how to realign kitchen doors. We would (this being the second time we have used Martin) be more than happy to use him again for our next project and we remain in regular contact for advice on other issues we have around the home." "Martin installed a glass shower door and removed horrible woodwork around my sink and substituted the sink. I had previously been told by another builder that the removal of the woodwork and substitution of the sink were tricky and they wouldn't know the full extent of the work (and therefore the cost!) until they took it apart. Martin didn't bat an eyelid; the work was carried out very efficiently and thoroughly.
He and his colleague ensured the least disruption possible in the house and carried out a good clean finish at the end of the job. I appreciate the great work done, thank you!"

Their attention to detail was amazing and the quality of the work is excellent. They took a lot of care over their work and it was obvious that they took great pride in it.
